How much does a loft conversion or extension cost?
Costs vary depending on the size, scope and condition of your property. As a general guide: Velux loft conversions start from around £20,000, dormer conversions from £35,000, single-storey rear extensions from £40,000, kitchen renovations from £15,000, and bathroom renovations from £8,000. Every quote is confirmed for free before you commit to anything.

Yes, we prepare planning drawings and provide planning support as part of the design process.

How long does a typical project take?
Design and planning drawings usually take 8–12 weeks. Construction timelines vary a lot by project scope — smaller renovations can complete in around 4 months, while larger extensions or combined projects can take up to 12 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline for your specific project as part of your free quote.
